It depends on how the mod is, an example if it only adds civs, scenarios, ETC leaders if it's just that kind of thing it only passes the folders to a PC aoh2 but if it's something complicated I wouldn't know what to tell you

If it contains changes in the code and the truth is that I don't know, the only thing that comes to my mind is that you convert the dex file (the file where the game code is located on Android) to a .JAR file but don't do it anyway because I don't know if it is like this or otherwise
