Yes, this is a idea from HOI4. This will be another, more fair WWII Scenario, not hitting germany as hard. It will include:

• VERY different map, almost no similarity to OUR 1936,
• Russian SFSR, with trotsky, Ukraine SSR and other SSRs with RSFSR being the "puppet master"
• New ideologies and nations (Valkinist, Syndicalist, etc.)
• New leaders!
• More to come in future.

Update from 30.12.2019
The update includes:
- Fix some of the leader's portraits
- New Scenarios (1936, 1939, Final War, German, American, Russian Civil War)
- Adding flags when changing ideology
— New countries (due to new scenarios)
- New leaders, and their portraits
