One question I have is about placing buildings in the scenario creator and sandbox, like you create a Cold War scenario, then you want to place some buildings on your map to keep it safe, then when you play on your map these buildings will already be ready, for example: 

I create a Brazil on my map, I go to the province of São Paulo and place some buildings (in the scenario creator mode)

So when I start this same map, the same building will be there

The same thing in sandbox mode, you will be able to build your things in the middle of a match.

You can add buildings to the scenario using the scenario editor
