So, I just saw AoH2 Definitive Edition being in development and got hyped by it like it was with AoH3 in it's times.
Here's my ideas for Lukasz:
1) Resources.
Resources was the most fun feature in AoH3. You would invest into provinces with most expensive resources, you would start war for provinces with good resources(realistic) and it was honestly the best AoH3 feature I would LOVE in new definitive edition.
2) MAKE ERA YOU PLAY MATTER THE GAME.
The one of major problems of AoH2 was newer eras(WW1 - Modern Day). Newer eras was the same as older ones and that's the problem(technology unlocks doesn't count as it's just "now I can use nukes"). There should really be a difference of AI behaviour and how war goes between attacking USSR as Germany and conquering the Europe as Roman Empire.
3) Inflow mechanic and bonuses for demanding religion/government change.
The game should give you bonuses for having weaker neighbors with the same government or/and religion(VASSALS OR YOUR OVERLORD DOESN'T COUNT). This would really make sense as spreading democracy would be much more interesting(especially when we have nukes now).
4) Improve relations NERF.
Improve relations should cost more diplomatic points or/and have cooldown so the only reliable way to get good relationships with someone is to insult their enemies, send volunteers, have war with enemy they have, gift provinces with their cores and more.
Łukasz, I really hope you would see my ideas. And if you did, I'd also ask you to review them in comments. I don't ask promises for the game, but at least "no" or "maybe".
