hey dude, the countries with more events are: Khamag Mongols, the one Poland called Poland, Livonia and Byzantine Empire.

the countries with 1 or 2 events are: Venice, Papal States (the papal states event pop only if you're playing as them, else it will go to Venice), Bulgaria, Rum, England, Hungary, Georgia and France.

btw the Hungary event it's a bit broken, so it's normal to it do not pop as well

I got to this point as Poland and the things i wanna say:
you are using font that doesnt have Polish letters like Ł etc. so the city Ełk is called Ek (more like kEk hehe, he, eh) so you could change it or just use L for Ł, S for Ś and so on
The background, for me the background was too boring, i mean its just one color and that kinda hurts my eyes for some reason, you could change it
the events, well i played only Poland so at this moment ill just comment about this country, i got only 3 events, one was for Hey Poland should be united, secound yey u captured Cracow, and the last for another war. Those were fun and i like how game reacts to accomplishments. I dont know if there are any more for Poland but the one i saw were fun, you could add more Capture Capital one, like for Masovia etc. 
the agression, you could add the 0%-1000% agression thingy so i wont get attacked by 20 countries out of nowhere as i got at first go but its just a small thing and 50% is good enough too
Btw at first try i tried making enocomy big big but denmark stronk and when i was out of money they attacked me, so at secound try i just got all points into army and administration and rushed every enemy, ill try other countries now and tell you more if ill find anything

Okay i forgot to say that the events that you annex country after winning against it you still have war with them which i realize after 20 turns when they offer peace lol, but i think you shouldnt bother  with it
So, Livonia was fun, i mean i think i played it wrong way, or maybe right. i am not sure, i first went for Pskov and get to their capital immediately and other attacks kinda failed but i got event that allows me to attack estonia, i went for it anyway and i somehow won both wars, i dont know if its supossed to be like that or not but that was surprising, and i liked that surprise, the Livonia have good events, for now better than Poland cause of surprise element and of course there is more and final goal that allows you to form new country

btw im playing as byzantine and i dont know if you wanted it that way but venice and papal state will mostly declare war on you cause of the relation so you can save army from previous war to win this one

btw I've noticed the offer of peace after annexation, and can't fix it, even white peace doesn't work; about the livonia be more detailed, yes it is, btw it have more events than other countries for now, and about the estonian attack, the idea is to you annex estonia quickly.

I wanted to make the war with venice more balanced, because if you lost some of your provinces on greece to venice, the latin empire is formed, so to prevent that you can use your last war army

Okay the Byzantine is fun to play too, and there was an event that told you to regain land from Bulagria and this event didnt make you have war with them or anything, and i realized that its a great idea to have events like that, for example: 
1 event - Tells that bulgaria should be our because it was long time ago 
option one 1 - yes 
optione two - nah let them be
and the yes one would only add event about capturing the capital of Bulgaria or something and the nah one would literally add nothing or would change the capture event into "even tho We didnt want this war our relations Left us no other choice" or something, that would be cool, like a quest to do something at what time you want

Oh i forgot to say that you could add more formable civilizations so there will be more goals to play, even to the small states of germany for example to form germany, all baltic to form baltic and stuff etc. Just a thought
