1. Do we get customized long term fixes?

for example When I'm done developing the economy, I want an economic prosperity fix. add_modifeir = economic_prosperty = 3_year 【economic_prosperty is the name of the modifier,3_year is how long it will last】 And I've defined this modifier in another folder just like： name = economic_prosperty image = econ_1.png effect = { add_monthly_gold = 10% add_building_cost = -10% add_inves_cost = -5% } after i add this modifier,I can view it on the country information. Will this appear within the game or be updated out at a later date.

In the recent 'Nukes' video, the result of using nukes seemed underwhelming. Using a nuke should be a game-changing event with irreparable consequences for diplomacy, war, and economy. Will this be altered from what we saw in the video?
