1. Custom event On/Off

   Will be possible to make personal events turn off, leaving only common one ? For instance, I want to remove The Great War event in 1914 that makes Central powers and the Entente declaring wars on each other, but common ones are still there, like Economic Growth events, or Disease ones

9. Will there be proxy wars ?

   Will there be proxy wars? AI should support countries fighting you with gold if they have an interest. It would be great if this was a feature that AI would use a lot. Countries should also support my country with gold if I am in a war that they have an interest in.

    Good afternoon, will there be an opportunity in an ultimatum to demand the return of the conquered territories of a civilization or a demand to stop the war with another civilization?
