Возможность редактировать юнитов/создовать своих, тоесть:можно будет давай название своему юниту, аватарку для своего юнита, менять урон юнита по другим солдатам,менять цену за создание юнита, менять скорость юнита, да и вообще почти все менять у юнита создовая для сценариев очень уникальных юнитов , можно также скорость по определенным рельефам но это не обязательно, также возможность делать уникального юнита для определенной страны (a) без возможности использовать на другой (b)

A national iq level that represents the iq of the population. Iq can be raised through libraries and research labs and decreases during an invasion. Higher iq means more economic growth, faster research, cheaper administration and military upkeep, and attack&defense bonuses. Perhaps give different regions different iqs as well to match real life.
