How to speed up the turn advance

Please help me 

Everytime I press next turn the waiting time 

Is too. Long  it basically takes 8-12 seconds to finally start your turn 

Like it's turn 2 and I I'm about to press the next turn after that I have to wait a very long  time to get into turn three also.              This bug or glitch only happens 

In the modern world scenario 

I would really appreciate it if you help me solve this glitch or bug what kind of problem is this??

before starting scenario enable colonization of wasteland and conquoreing neutral provinces it should work way faster

It isn't only modern stuff but I'd advise NOT to put speed turn all the way down if that keeps happening so it is way faster but it happens to me but I'm not stressing

The waiting time between turns is caused by the ai civilisations doing their moves. The only fix i know is to play scenarios with less civilisations
