Speaking of requests, I've added 6 new wonders to New England, including;
1. Portland Head Light
2. Killington Ski Resort
3. Plymouth Rock
4. Bronx Zoo
5. Fort Ticonderoga
6. Buffalo City Hall

These are in addition to the Bunker Hill Monument, Harvard, Yale, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were added in 0.1's release.

If anyone has ideas for wonders in New England/ Eastern Canada, feel free to suggest.

Added Brown, Cornell, and Dartmouth, the rest are either in provinces that already have a wonder or I can't find much about them

Northern New England has been added to the shattered world scenario, featuring >270 civilizations and quite a few new provinces in Maine

Since a world conquest will now take an extremely long time, I've decided to expand on the late game.

There are a few far future techs that focus on an admittedly naive take on the impact of artificial intelligence, with a choice between four repeatable techs at the end that provide endlessly stackable bonuses.

Two new buildings of the future, essentially the next tier of farms/factories.

New laws regarding the eventual implementation of AI (not the unreliable incarnations of today, these AIs are actually smart)

Note that these additions are not reflections of what I believe AI will cause (that would break the game one way or another)

I've standardized the distribution of base development based on subdivisional GDP per capita:
<$5k: 0.5x growth rate
$5-10k: 1x growth rate
$10-20k: 1.5x growth rate
>$20k: 2x growth rate
Until we get to Central America, every province will fall under the >$20k bracket. If the formula in a province exceeds 100 (eg. Brooklyn's 77% growthrate x2 = 144% base development), excess development gets transferred to a neighboring province.
