I have created a new mod for 1440 heavily inspired by my 'A 1440 Mod' for AoH2 now a new and developing one in the definite edition but it will be different in aspects & aiming for higher quality. Here is the steam workshop link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3738986289. Small GIF of England colonising the East Coast.
This is just a provisional page. Will be changed after some more mod development.
This mod is a otl (our timeline) 1992. USSR collapsed and now many new states are trying to find their place in this world, with the most important of them being Russia, under leadership of Boris Yeltsin, which will soon need to to fight for his influence.
United States and the whole western bloc can finally breath, as the Warsaw Pact ceded to exist. Now, NATO can look forward to expand to the eastern Europe, while nations of the western part of the continent is still working towards closer cooperation.
While the Soviet Union collapsed, there is another country, also communist, rising to a rank of global power, with a chance of starting another cold war. China, just started to reform. It left behind it's central planned and socialist economy, moving towards market socialism or "socialism with Chinese characteristics". Currently China will need to focus on dominating global markets, but when it will find it's place on this world, they will be finally to turn to their true goal - unification with Taiwan under CCP.

Glad to see this ambitious projects like these in this community are still alive, also I have a question, which mod engine are you planning to use for this mod?
Hey, hello. When I launch the mod through the .jar executable, it starts loading, but the progress bar stops almost halfway through, staying at 0/28177 with the text "Loading provinces scales". I have tried running it both in fullscreen and windowed mode, and I have also waited as long as necessary, but nothing happens. Nearly two hours have passed and it is still frozen, "loading" from the exact same point where it got stuck.
Any ideas? I have the latest versions of Java installed, and I made sure to remove the older ones to avoid any possible conflicts.
