TNO code has officially made it's way to USGW

While 0.7.5 is being done, I want to show off the official artwork done by @3dddies for 0.8.0!

Portugal is having an expansion to their tree, as the current one is rather lackluster. So additional events were added. First leak is the communist expansion. The communist Portugal path, joining Commintern, now secures forming the Iberian Union even if Republicans do not win the Spanish Civil war. If Republicans are not victorious, you go to war with Franco to liberate the workers.

In a seperate path turning away from Moscow, workers can be supported in either Brazil or India, spreading the liberation to either nation. If a certain nation forms the South American Workers Union, allowing them to unite with communist Brazil could secure you a rather strong ally.
