Is it possible for the game to add dynamic province names based on the owner of that province? For example, German Alsace-Lorraine should have the city names in German, not in French. The same goes for the colony city names (if France colonised the US they would have French city names).

My idea so simple and practical. Add in to the game API for modifications how in Factorio and Hearts of Iron IV. This give possibilities for creating good mods. And if you don't add somewhat or think what this unuseless, community make it instead of you 😄 Idk but for example you can to see my mod for AoH II PlusicAPI what making almost what forge, but without mixins.
