Here it is, my next AoH2 project. This project aims to fix bugs that aren't rooted in the game's code. As such,
THIS PROJECT WILL NOT ADD ANY NEW SCENARIOS, PROVINCES, FORMABLES, ETC.
Basically any bug or error that I can fix will be in this unofficial "update", as well as any enhancements that I can think of. My goal is for this to become the basis for future mods due to the improvements I've made.

Currently implemented changes include:

• Corrected the capitals in some scenarios.
• More portraits for the existing leaders.
• Removed Gandhi as he never actually led India.
• Civ names now appear in white.
• Numerous fixes for the localization, including the September/August bug and a crash for Belarusian.
• Fixed a few misspelled leader names.
• Fixed some duplicate cities.
• Fixed the spelling of Edinburgh.

You can use this for any AoH2 project. You don't need to give credit, but you can if you want to make me smile.

With the release of Revision 4, I've updated the Android app file to version 1.01584_ELA, a previously "unmoddable" version of the game. This was achieved by replacing certain parts of the app file for 1.01584_ELA with their counterparts from the previous version, 1.01415_ELA, and then adding in more files from 1.01415. With 1.01584, trying to mod the app file would result in Android refusing to even install the app. But with Revision 4, you can mod the latest version of the game with no issues whatsoever.

I can prove this is 1.01584 by comparing the classes.dex files of the different versions. On the left, you have version 1.01415, and on the right, you have 1.01584. Notice how the classes.dex for 1.01584 is 1 MB smaller than the one in 1.01415.

Now, let's compare 1.01584 with Revision 4. The classes.dex file in Revision 4 is a very slightly modified version of the classes.dex from 1.01584; the only changes being all mentions of Age of History II being replaced with Age of Civilizations II, and a corrected typo.

Lukasz himself said on the Apple App Store page for AoH2 that Version 1.01584 had bug fixes. Whatever those fixes were, they are now available to modders with Revision 4. Enjoy!

Tap on the app file and then tap "View" and you'll be able to see the classes.dex and everything.

Yes. Dead mod. Technically it's a mod that dies and revives itself at random since all it does is fix a few bugs with vanilla AoH2. Whenever I see something that can be fixed, I fix it and make it a part of this.

There are so many classes in classes that explaining each of them would be complicated and tedious. The names for the classes can offer some explanation though. For example, AI_Build_Workshop is the AI's ability to build workshops. Menu_InGame_ImproveRelations deals with improving relations during gameplay. Things like that.
