Will there be core occupations like in vanilla?

Like if Nation A has cores on a land and Nation B takes over it, it will automatically transfer to Nation A.

I used said mechanic ALOT in my mobile version of AoH2 (Specially in my 1942 scenario) and I want to use it in my PC AoH2 (its in vanilla, but I use UWUT engine

I use Uwut engine, I gave up on AoH 2.5 because of the administration costs being so high for vassals.

All I know is that i discovered it while making my "Communist Overtake - A Glimpse of Democracy" scenario which is CHAOS then I realized GERMANY ALWAYS TOOK SILESIA AND POMMERANIA, then I played as the United States of Germany and when I tried to liberate Tyrol from the Italian commies (I deleted them after checking the "Communist Overtake - Aftermath of WW3" seeing communist Italy didn't exist.) and I have used said feature on my 1942 scenario

Focus trees? This engine will definitely be used on my AoH2 mod because my current strategy for focus trees is not good (especially for AH scenarios) so having a actual focus tree would fix things.
