I look for resources online (be it Wikipedia, Wikimedia,crwflags or Flags of Stateless Nations) and compile them together in an editing software (I use Pixlr E). I don't draw my own as my hand is shaky so it doesn't look well lol

It would look awkward because theyd still be 1 spot left, could just give it to cornwall or something like that though and this is a Britain without N.I anyway in an alternate timeline
