General Discussion

Guy in Ideas posts dots to bump his thread. Let's do the same for this topic. BUMP IT WITH DOTS . . .

In the trailer there was this border in Sweden

How does it work? Who attacks you? Is it the strongest countries around you? or will they start inviting eachother and accepting depending on their relation to eachother?

genuine question, because logically speaking not every province has two cores, what happens to the provinces with 1 core? do they remain under the original ruler? do they become randomized civs? do they become uncolonized habitable provinces like the ones in the new world? also what happens to provinces that (other than the civs core) have cores to outside existing civs, for example if china controlled half of vietnam with the other half still being an independent civ, when the command is executed, does the chinese half go back to vietnam?

Question for Lukasz. How would holy wars work in the game?

They look so cool Custom made terrain details in mods would be nice another question, will there be a video about this?

I've been wondering how exactly the air units work in this game. Will they be able to fly over water? Can land troops attack it? Do they go in their own seperate division? I've also been wondering how combat in the water works since there's no navy. Will it behave exactly the same as it does on land? Are there even ports in this game? Thank you Lukasz

Will the buffs from buildings have a big impact on gameplay? In AOC2 the world could be captured without them. Will their influence be stronger compared to AOC2?

Title, and will there be more scenarios after release with DLCs?

There will be elections in the game?

Was it removed?

Will be possible to add your own law/reform for mod?

So... Already a week ago, Lukasz enlightened us with a one hour gameplay of AOH3, along with what we were all waiting for: The release date. (I consider it was a bit unexpected, but I'm not complaining). However, what I wanted to come to talk about in today's post, is something that probably many people have in mind, as well as many people don't, and that's about the content, mechanics and other things that will NOT come with the game when it's released. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that I have access to the game and I know exactly what will and won't come with it, I just want to lower expectations, since there is a part of the community that has VERY…

Can I select several provinces on mobile at once?

it would be cool to wage atomic wars in the modern world and turn the world into a fallout

Will it be possible to remove cores from provinces during the game? Like if you fully assimilate province or buy it.

When will civilizations languages be released?

Border gore is a really annoying problem in historical strategy games like AoH2 or even HoI4. Border gore is when the AI creates painful borders with useless enclaves and similar issues. The AI can also act strangely; for example: Bangladesh can declare war on a player playing as Poland (because the relationship was -50, of course). The player may not pay attention to Bangladesh and continue fighting other countries. However, Bangladesh builds a comically large army and manages to send it across oceans to reach the player. It seems that there is less border gore in AoH3, along with improved AI, judging from the latest videos. In a video where Lukasz presented fo…

Why don't you make these border lines darker in color. I think it will make the game more visually pleasing especially with the navy borders.

We need a kazakh language in Age of Civilization History 3, i can help with translating to our language. Thank you Lukasz Jakowski for your games.

Aoh3 has been a lot of mod setup for PC, which is very good. However, we will know how to download and install mods on mobile. Will it be as simple as on PC? Also, when selecting armies on mobile, can they be selected at the same time? Or will I move the selection one by one like in Aoh2? @Łukasz Jakowski

will the sound of the war in the province depend on the divisions that will be It is in the province. Let's say that most of the infantry will be in the province Will there be gunfire sounds?

Question for Lukasz! Are combat system would change somehow at special time, like "hours" feature? Because it's not accurate that armies can walk past a province without capturing it. In medieval times, towns are made like fortresses so you can just walk past them. But in modern times, countries fighting for each piece of land so you need to capture them.

Pytanie: Czy jest w planach aktualizowanie gry? A jak tak to przez jak długi okres czasowy?

Will Łukasz still continue to update the game after its release? I'm worried he will abandon it like what happened with AoH2..
