Not much is known about his early life except for his father was Ju Li (2036-2110) and his mother was Kim Lii (2040-2119), but in 2106 he began to conspire with his friend Chu-Jay Ling to take power over the city-state in a coup. On May 3rd, 2110, they were successful. Chang, as the narcissist he was, named the new kingdom after him. over the next ten years, he would conquer a sizeable portion of China. About succession, he said "Ain't no need any successors if I don't conquer all of China". This is where the 2120 scenario starts off on.
