Can we kick someone out of a union?

In my scenario i'm playing with Ukraine and I decide to made a union with Belarus, they agreed, so my union is Ukraine-Belarus. So my question is how to kick someone out of a union? I'm asking because I don't want to keep them in my union anymore.

If you want to keep the land, then change your government and back, the name & flag will change back to Ukraine, if not, do the same process but with releasing belarus as a vassal, optionally, you liberate them aswell.
