Event Outcome "Intervene in War"

There should be an Event Outcome that makes the country that gets the outcome intervene in a war of a specific country.

Example:
France and Germany are at war and player civ is the UK, the UK gets an Event due to having good relations with both Germany and France, the Event is about both countries being at war and the UK can choose a side through the Event, or choose to stay Neutral in the conflict.

Excuse me if this is already in the game as an outcome.
