290 BCE Scenario [Beta 1.8]

Recommended Posts

This is a scenario in the year 290 BCE, it may not be one of the most interesting ages but personally it captivates me.
In this "Demo" of sorts, you can rule europe as rome or maybe continue the might of the Seleucid Empire. It's all up to you.
I'm in need of some suggestions on what do to fix on the current map, so be free to criticise every little minor detail. Currently I added 4 tribes in Iberia, but soon I'll add tribes all over europe and maybe even the new world and Asia.

Update: [Beta 1.5] The Silk road:

  • China has joined the battle
  • India has joined the battle
  • Some tribes were added in Iberia
  • The caucasus has been updated with the nations of Iberia, Colchin and Albania
  • Herobrine removed

Update: [Beta 1.6] The Silk road:

Update: [Beta 1.8] America and the Far East:

  • Three new nations in America
  • Three new nations in the Far east
  • New tribes in Iberia
  • Changed Egypt to Ptolemaic Egypt

I will probably do that, mostly for balance, but not much more...

Note:
Just noticed a big problem with this scenario, the neutral provinces don't have a army, so colonisation is too easy and destroys the balance of the game. I'm currently fixing it.

Nice!

For the Korean Kingdoms, here is the map of Gojoseon and Jin State.

Gojoseon is green, and Jin State is marked light blue. The capitals of each kingdom is marked as a yellow dot in the province.

Jin is actually a group of small city-states, but since we are putting it as a country, I chose the capital right there marked yellow. But you can change it to anywhere you want(but needs to be a river region).

Ancient egypt no , change it into the ptolemaic egypt if there is no in civilizations list , create one

Thank you for pointing out my problem, I also saw various maps that didn't call it Egypt, but I'll make a new civilization and I'll use your suggested name. Thank you again.

You need to fill more of the map, also there in the south of the Italian peninsula are far more nations then just that single one same with Anatolia, and you used 1922 Egypt instead of Ptolemaic Egypt. No hate just helping

Oh thank you a lot, I'll try to do that as soon as possible... If you could get me a map of sorts that would be great. Thanks again!

you can always go to those videos like "history of italy every year" or "history of the world every year", however those dont provide as much information when i comes to tribal areas or places where there are no real civilization, so you probably want to look at more in depth maps in wikipedia
