Seems like most of these follow historical borders, so this'll be easy to add.

Bosnia is complete, with regions! (Redone the far eastern border a bit)
(Sacrificed Herzegovina a little bit for other historical borders)
Also, improved Croat borders for WW2. 
Bosnia has 44 provinces!

Sorry for asking this late but could you add province of Sutorina? It was historical part of Bosnia until 1947 territory exchange with Montenegro. It was second sea border of Bosnia just west of Herceg Novi, blocking Montenegro from bordering Croatia.

Not in the current state the map sits. North America is almost done, however Europe needs work the most.

Could you do these internal Yugoslav province borders? These were more so based on ethnic lines and were kept until the government changed from the kingdom of Yugoslavia to tito's Yugoslavia.

Might be too late to do the banovinas of Yugoslavia for Croatia and Bosnia at least, mostly because I don't feel like redoing everything. Since Serbia, Kosovo, and Macedonia have yet to be done, I could do the rest of Zeta, Danubia, Morava, and Vardar and make those way more accurate than Littoral and Vrbas. 

However, that doesn't mean I shouldn't try with the provinces I already made though. (Zeta obviously isn't complete)
