this is so stupid of you to say he is just suggesting map to be better for everyone if he edits map not only does it take time if he makes a new game mod every time he starts it. But also it could just be better from the start.

It is not stupid, if a player wants more 'flavor' to a specific region on a map, he can do it himself.  

There is a reason why Map Editor exists. Why not take advantage of it?
