As the content in the forum increases, content that are spammy/useless also increases. And it's hard to moderate everything (100+ users) with only one polish boi. Sure lukasz is very good, but it may be simply not possible to keep quality in the forum in the future because of this. We should start getting some good people to moderate.

In my opinion, I don't really know. It doesn't really depend on the skill you have in-game, it depends on your ability to moderate the forum.

It's more about moderators on forum that will be moving posts/topics to certain point, and delete(hide) if needed.

It's more about working on forum than modding the game.

There are not requirements yet, because there is no recruitment open.
But I'm pretty sure knowledge on how forums work will be required :V

I'd say Lukasz might start a small staff team in January or February once the workshop opens and the game becomes very lively
