Bringing turn count to 1 to avoid the permanent 0 relations glitch. Plus new way to switch countries.

I did this and my entire army was gone, except for the standard 425 in the capital 😰 plus, it didn't fix the 0 relations glitch.

At least I could still go back to my old game afterwards

As for the Army issue you can say "Hi" in the command console and then type "Setarmy 000" this will add/change the amount of army in the province, this works for both the player nation and AI nation.

(I feel like I need to clarify this the "000" is just a place holder)

(this should work for both PC and Mobile)
