Unrealistic Graphic in mods

You know I play a lot of aoh2 and kill my time. And also I install too many mods and litterly have tested every single one of mods. But something that always annoyed me is The borders. I'm not sure it's just my problem or not but most of Modders use 5x scale and sometimes 3x scale. Honestly It never looks good and the borders were too ugly that make me stop playing the mods. Even in 7x scale I can still see the cringe border in the worst graphic possible that make me uninstall thr game then start installing it again. 

 

But I wonder... Some mod aren't like this. Today I tried The mod called "Hayathistan* or something like that and the borders was really good even when it was in 3x scale. I wonder it's the Modders fault or the dev. Or even me.

 

 

I would happy to see people sharing their option about this so If anyone have this problem like me Can fix it here. Idk maybe even this topic made some modders to help us or create a Graphic mod.
