After the collapse of the Soviet Union, states declared independence. New states like Liberland are added. War breaks out in Ethiopia and the peoples declare independence. The Central African Republic has risen to democratic status and has a water connection. Countries without recognition are no longer on the map. Lesotho and Equatorial Guinea. This scenario is also in the development phase, it deals with three wars that took place in North America in very near times which are American Civil War, Second French intervention in Mexico and the reunification of Celntral America. This is basically one of the much scenarios where the central powers win the first world war, but this one is based on the mod for the strategy game Hearts of Iron IV. For now, I've only added the necessary countries and made the map, but in the future I'll work on leaders and events. This is the folder that contains the mod. I also recommend doing a backup.
