I think that there should be like a social rank for each civilization, like the nobility, clergy, peasantry, this social rank system could make conflicts like the Barons War and Peasants Revolt in England or the French Revolution make sense if some of the ranks of people are being oppressed. It would be very cool if you could possibly have different units in game, like with research you can unlock different units .if you loaded a lets say a medieval seanerio ,it would be possible to unlock knights,chalvary, archers, siege units, Ect. But you cant unlock nukes, modern soldiers, tanks, i think you get the point. The years can impact the units. Also some nations get bonus units, like ottoman janissary, or Mongolian Calvary.
