I am editing the game to release the mod, so I want to know about very important information

How do leaders change by events?

example: if you change the ideology of spain to fascimo you become francisco franc

I want to know how this works, as it will be essential for the mod I'm doing

besides I want to know how to turn your civilization into another by changing the head of state

Unfortunately you can't change your leader by any means.

At most, you can remove a leader if that civ forms a union with another civ through an event.

ah men, 

If I have two civilizations per event and remove the leader, can I change it?

You can only remove the leader so far as I know, I don't think that you can put another leader in his place.

One alternative would be to make another civil with the desired leader annex them but that would complicate a lot of things.

Maybe create a brand new civ,  and set the leader to the new leader,  and make the new civ annex the old civ
