age of civilizations 2 Which civilizations can form much better nations

I need to know which countries can form Ottoman empire. I can form Russian empire with Muscovy . I can create Japan with any japanese country . ( i prefer Uesuigi or whatever it is ) can create Austria-Hungary With austria. etc. I want to know how can i create Ottomans , Australia, USA, Brazil or etc. ( i want to start in 1440)

You can go to the editor, go into game editor and find unions. In the Unions tab is a list of all unions you can create and how to create them.

Well I Guess You Can't Form Those Countries In 1440. You Can Form Ottomans In Modern Day Scenario As Turkey Though.

I want to create a formable civilization of Confederate States.

>> Editor >> Map Editor >> [1] >> Formable Civilizations >> Add New Formable Civilizations

1: Choose the map in which you wish to create your civilization. In my case, I select Map: Earth | 4269 Provinces.

Now I am where I need to be to create the formable civilization, I click the words above that say Formable Civilization: None.

I select Confederate States, because that is the civilization that is being formed.

I select a bunch of provinces.

I select Montgomery province and click the button that says Set Capital in the bottom left corner. I am doing this because I want Montgomery to be the capital once the civilization is formed.

I click the button in the top right corner that says Add Civilization.

I select Alabama because I want Alabama to be a civilization that can form Confederate States.

I click the button in the top right corner that says Add Civilization.

I select Mississippi because I want Mississippi to be a civilization that can form Confederate States.

I keep doing this with other civilizations until I am done.

I am satisfied with the formable civilization, so I press the button in the top right corner that says Save so my progress is Saved.
