  9. Why can't I form more unions?

    I have made a union with Turkey and made Syria-Turkey from it. I now have 100+ relations with Russia and I also have an alliance with Russia. I keep sending "Form Union" and Russia always denies the option. How can I get Russia to accept the Union? And to note that I am number 1 on the global ranks. Please and thank you.

  15. List of ALL formable nations of all scenarios? (Android)

    Is there a list where I can see wich nations are formable? And how? Only through conquest like the Yuan Dynasty in 1440 scenario? How does it work to form the UK? Because on my Android version there is no option in the Diplo tab of both kingdoms I can see some formable nations in the editor but there are so many missing which I already encountered in the game

    Whenever I offer a civilization vassalization, they literally NEVER accept. doesn't matter if i have a 300,000 army and 1500 provinces and they're a 1 province nation, they just never accept. how do i fix this
