The World 2: Electric Boogaloo (LMAO DEAD)

“If the world is so great, why isn’t there a World 2?”

Welcome to my brand new one-scenario joke mod. Having seen so many mods today limiting themselves to world history and alt-hist stuff, I’ve decided to create a mod that makes no fucking sense whatsoever. This mod is not meant to be taken seriously, nor is it meant to be reaped. I did that already (and twice for good measure) so you don’t have to. Also I update it frequently so there.

What this mod has as of 2022.02.22:

  • Nearly everything from vanilla AoH2 has been stripped away
  • One scenario taking place after the ScArY wOrLd WaR 3 sCenArIo #92643598726439852
  • 45 wonderful civilizations with their own wonderful tech levels and wonderful wonders
  • Some repurposed things I made a long time ago: the scripted action system with support for localization, the extended flag editor, the extra service ribbons, and a new ideology system
  • Leaders are now built into the scripted action system, with the standard mechanic being renamed to "National Modifiers"
  • Some very meme-y songs
  • This mod has Sky 220px-Trollface_non-free.png

This mod is absolutely NOT an allegory for any sort of motive or agenda, and if you decide to use it as such, then you’re dumb and you can expect to be made fun of in the next update.

  • wen updat? Good question! The way I've set up the download link allows for what I call live updating. Basically any change I make to the mod will be automatically pushed for release. This means you can get updates as soon as I make them, no matter how unfinished or buggy they may be.

Add amogus island east of Europe

Add 69 Civs/Ideologies or events

Make every single sound a amogus sound

Add Memosissi as the main Antagonist and leader of an "copy empire"

Kill yourself

Add Ume sami Language for those 10 people who are playing aoh2 in the Snow

Make a nuke Fallout event

Add Lukaz Jawolski Empire and add events to make aoh3, i mean aoh2 oceania

Those shouldn't be added to the mod. Those should be added to AoH3! :P

Lukaz is the equivalent of Gaben (Valve) except doesn't make rebates in a Never Updating fucking buggy Game, and Aoh3 is the equivalent of Half life 3.

I'll see what I can do for the Android peasants, as I recently discovered a super speedy way to port mods to Android.

This is my plan if I succeed:

PC: Live update system with custom soundtracks. Different "flavors" may be available. (i.e. soundtracks fittting a specific nation or theme)

Android: Updates from PC will be pushed to Android at the end of the day. Soundtrack packaged in an .obb file to save space and allow easy switching between flavors.

      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?

      Or maybe an idea for a new type of unit with upgrades? I'm waiting for your suggestions.
