finaly i did it i took me 1 hours of crashes also srry for borders the most near one i maked is this

extract files from zip and put in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Civilizations II\map

San Marino, Vatican, Monaco, Andorra, etc. will all be a part of the Greater Europe Map. I also take requests there for other provinces.
