This is the second patch for 1.3
There are more bugs fixed there. Unfortunately, the new line translation has not yet been added. So if you download it, there will be a lot of technical writing, but it will be understandable. The combat system will be finalized soon and a new patch will be available.

That would be amazing. You should also add superevents to the mod, as in you can play a sound, the music will stop during it, and will resume afterwards. World Crisis has a feature like this but the part where you pick a sound to play doesn't make the music stop. It would be a very interesting thing to see in BE.
