Found the issue, it has something to do with the custom nations, deleting everything in the civilizations_editor file fixes the issue.

I have a problem, I'm using the version 5.0 of Megamod, it doesn't work me the play botton when I start a new military compaign, how can I resolve this problem ?

Build reactors (you'll need some technology and money), skip some turns , click over some nation's province and option to launch should pop up

If you know how to explore files , you can find them in the 5.0 version of the mod. It's not that hard
