How to create map (Step by step)

that's a very good question, but there is too many people (me inclouded) who gets the game crashing at ~50% when loading the map and no one has been able to help us. It has been like this since the beggining

yeah bro and it crashed to me at the start but i was trying and trying...and now it works,always i had a small mistake,so idk what to say

no i dont,but imma reccomend you something,just follow the tutorial second by second and youll see,cuz that was what i was doing

Hello, I am new to this, I was editing the map of the earth, adding a new continent in Oceania, and North Pole, but as I create the scenarios there, it also hangs and I have done everything, please help me, friend, THANK YOU

Gra mi się zawiesza jak tlko  kliknę w to rzeby moją mape wczytało szukałem błędów po przez porównywanie do mapy pobranej z internetu która działa ale u mnie wszystkie prowincje zajmują po 1kb co mam robić? bo ja nie wiem

спасибо,только у меня как всегда ничего не получилось-застопорился вначале(после создания провки в map editor не появляются цифры)видно мне не судьба сделать карту😪

12. Oyunu çalıştırın ve Editör> MapEditor> Bağlantıları ve İlleri Düzenle> Eklediğiniz her eyaleti güncelle seçeneğine gidin. ( ÖRNEK )
13. Tebrikler, ilk haritanızı oluşturdunuz 😛
Hala yardıma ihtiyacınız varsa, kısa video. (İşletim sistemi lehçedir , geri kalanı İngilizce'dir 😛 )


Yeni il eklerseniz  , bu ilin kıtasını  harita düzenleyicisine kontrol edin , eğer "Okyanus" ise, harita eyalet arka planının  daha düşük ölçeğini yükleyecektir  .

PROV DOSYALARI OLUŞTURMA:

  Gizli içerikleri ortaya çıkarın

1. If you haven't saved your PROV files, no worries! you can bring them back 😛 , but it might take time here is how:
2. Open mapAoC2_v2.txt and search for line ID*2+1 (If you have id of missing province 100, search for line 201), this line, and line below are the lines that you need to recreate PROV file:

3. Copy them into file called ID (make sure that it isn't .txt file, because that might crash your game)
4. place after last number in first line semicolon -
;, and delete space between them.
4.1 - Before:

2020,2040,2055,2034
5000,2000,3000,4000

4.2 - After:
2020,2040,2055,2034;5000,2000,3000,4000
5. Congratulation's you have recreated your PROV file 😛

If you add new province check continent of this province in map editor, if it is "Ocean" the map will load lower scale of the province background

When i add sea provinces, province background got smaller

When I turn off the program and then try turning it on it does nothing

Tried to do this with my custom map, didnt work out.
Cleared the data, removed the original bg.png, and placed there my own, .png map (Arda themed). The editor refuses to open, so what should i do now ?
