exe is more cool but if you want jar version,
get a another jar file
open the exe of uwut engine with rar
copy all of exe file to your jar and now you have jar version of uwut engine

a some while ago i see unfinished laws mechanich in be2 codes and i got the idea and decided to make it on uwut engine:

you are starting with some law points and getting more at gameplay,
currently theres 4 laws
make war propoganda: reduces war weariness
strengthen control over vassals: vassals gets lower desire for independence
decree the modernization on army (defense) : gives defense buff
decree the modernization on army: gives attack buff
we are plannig to add more laws, you can give suggestions!
(also attack and defense buffs and war weariness tech removed from techonlogies because there in laws)

a first turn you are starting as law points with your total province number
after that you are getting turnly 1 law point
