uwut engine is a improved game base with lot of features these are important features:

after a year, update is finally done changelog;

Resource System:

• Resources are now integral to the game, facilitating trade and building construction.
• Building structures requires resources.
• High-growth provinces yield increased resource income.
• Vassals' resources can stolen in the vassals menu.
• Recruiting armies now involve resources.
• No or very little resource income during wartime

Automatic Army Recruit System:

• Automatic mobilization can be initiated from the auto functions menu - mass recruit with all available funds.

Plugins System:

• Game now supports plugins, which can be downloaded or created, enhancing the UWUT engine's functionality.

Army Experience System:

• Adapted from Bloody Europe, you are getting army experience by every battle
• And you can use them on upgrading army menu that opened by clicking to your total military experience points icon

Nuclear Reactor Technology:

• Reduced nuclear reactor technology to 1.25 (from 1.65) for better balance, it was too high.
• Introduces a radiation map, affecting regions after nuclear attacks.

Building Editor System:

• Building editor allows players to customize structures using a JSON file.

Coup System:

• Diplomacy menu now includes a coup feature, subject to specific conditions.
• Successfully executing a coup establishes the coup government, turning the target country into a vassal.

Trade Barriers and GDP:

• Trading income now factors in trade competitiveness, GDP, trade buildings, and other elements.
• Trade barriers can be erected during conflicts to maintain competitiveness.

New Event Outcomes:

• Added outcomes, including changing leaders and adding attack/defense buffs/debuffs.

Seasons System:

• Adapted From Source+, Introduces seasons, influencing game dynamics with buffs and debuffs.

Casus Belli Menu Change:

• Players must choose a justification before starting the process.
• Before 1920, justification takes only one turn.

New Vassal System:

• Seven types of vassals offer varying degrees of autonomy.
• Autonomy can be increased in-game.
• Releasing vassals aligns with the player's ideology.

Force Plan Rework:

• Improved force plan interface and mechanics.

AI Update:

• Significant AI improvements in diplomacy and trade.
• AI can now send non-aggression pacts, guarantee independence, and alliance offers.

Support Rate and Reforms:

• Support rate bar for governments, influenced by happiness and stability.
• Changing ideologies affects support rate.
• Happiness maps play a crucial role.

Misc:

• Fixed super events, now functional with audio integration. example for how to use "sounds/example.ogg"
• Players can now change the name and color of their formed alliances. (you need to click change color to close keyboard of rename alliance)
• Rebel AI now defends until declaring independence.
• Upgraded uwut engine text.
• Adding occupied provinces on scenario editor (WIP).
• Fixed Decision Taken trigger on events.
• New vassal annexation system with adjusted costs.
• Capitulation is now slightly easier.
• Total Mobilization economic politics name changed to war economy.
• Enhanced clarity and readability of in-game text.
• Auto-assimilation and auto-plan functionalities are fully fixed.
• Resolved a virus detection issue in the Windows executable file.
• Fixed black screen issue when changing vassal ideologies.
• Removed Herobrine.

TNO has this. You could just port every class that has the word ‘Event’ in it, and it'll work. For it to work though, you'll need to set the subject of the event to neutral
