when i was editing ideological ai i see ai is building buildings according to their ideology i will make ais buildings greater thanks to this feature

note that your mod breaks unions, if you do a union with a country, you get the union name + flag but dont annex the country for some reason

please fix.

You should include capital in this too.. makes more sense
