Caesarist. The Ideology based on roman ideals.(Fictional by the way.) The American Military Dictator Douglas Mac Arthur, after he took over the american government in  WW1 founded such an ideology. He claimed to be new Roman Emperor, claiming that United States was the 4th Roman Empire. He made sure that nobody could stand in his way. By weakening the japanese, creating a loyal china, and asserting dominance over the Americas. Though his regime seems strong. The nation a whole is very unstable, anything could topple his regime.

What really happened in ww1? Well to put it forward. United States seeing the Entente power's actions demonizing against the germans, and Woodrow wilson growing scared that if he did join the entente would he face a civil war, instead decided to join on the Central powers side. During the war. The military seen the government was weak and took it over. Putting Douglas Mac Arthur in charge. With douglas mac arthur in charge the military is 100% support of the war, and takes canada. Mexico joins in on the allied side because they wanted to try and help Canada before they fell. But by the time they joined it was too late. Entente's men was so spread out, france fell in march of 1918 ending the war. Central Powers victory.

The world from that war became unstable. Soviets took over Russia, India revolt, 4 way Spanish civil war,  Portuguese civil war, and  Austrian civil war to remove the habsburgs... 

Wait wait wait. If Austria won the war... WHY WOULD THE BE SPLIT UP!?!?!?!?! Calm down angry reader. The reason of why they are split up is because they never federalized in this history making the minorities so angry they revolt, and win. Italy seeing the weakness rushes in and takes Dalmatia, South Tyrol, and Istria. While Serbia takes Bosnia and the rest of  Croatia. Forming Yugoslavia.

So italy has some of france and egypt does that mean they were with the central powers? 
Yes they joined the central powers seeing America joined made it hopeless for entente. So when the entente came promising land Italy didn't see it that likely that would happen and joined the Central powers Instead!
