If country is mostly occupied by enemy then it might capitulate (war wearness is also important)

Installation:
PC 

Installation instructions for the mod:

move the folder from the archive to the desktop. To start the game, go to the folder and run Bloody_Europe II.jar (there are changes to the game code on the jar).


Android

1.Download and run the file;

2. Install as normal game;

3. (Recommended) Delete the game cache if another mod or original game is present on the device;

4. Start the game (if the game freezes at 49% load, then turn off the game and start again).

What's added in Beta version 1.2:

  Added a new mechanic in the game - Justifying the goals of the war, now to attack the country, you first need to justify the goal of the war against it.

 Added vanilla map of the whole world to the mod (for PC)

  Reduced the amount of money in the sandbox mode

  Fixed some connections on the map.

  Fixed rebels, now they appear more often, but not as often as in version 1.1.2

  Now rebels with high military fatigue appear more often than with small military fatigue.

  Changes in localization

  Now you can send all your money to another state through support

 Now preparation for war, maybe 50 moves, which allows bots to better prepare for a joint war

  Random play, can now generate 2009 states

  Fixed a bug where there were no proposed civilizations in the scenario editor, or rather in the section "Managing civilizations".

  corrected some flags

  Changed animation for the settings menu of the new game

Then I downloaded it on my phone and it gave me the "App not installed" error over and over again even though I had granted permission to download apps from unknown sources. Ridiculous.

Please remove the ability to invest all your money in one province. Or make it so that it takes 4 turns for the development of the economy and development, and not 30

        The Red Order takes place in the times where you experience the Cold War as its "coldest". But of course there is a little twist to it, some of the things didn't go like OTL thus caused things to get a little bit different and sometimes "quirky".
      General Features of TRO:
      -Manually colored portraits for each leader.
      -A brand new UI and new ideologies
      -New provinces to enhance gameplay
      -And many graphical changes to fit the atmosphere

        If you are somewhat active on r/ageofcivilizations, you might have seen my teasers and leaks for the mod. I have been developing this project for over 4 months now and I think it was the time to open a forum page for it. We already have a discord server(https://discord.gg/3gR2vSThe6) and I really recommend you to join to keep updated.

        A common question people ask me about TRO is when will it release, first of all I want to state that I won't give an exact date and say that I will finish on this date etc. I am just giving a general idea for the release date, TRO's release patch "Heia Safari" will release in this spring.
      "Heia Safari" Patch will include:
      -Full contents for Algeria, Burkina Faso and Zaïre
      -Half of the planned content for the 5th French Republic(Rest of it will be added when other French tags recieve content)
      -And partial content for South Africa, Cuba, MPLA and UNITA
