I think it is better to streamline the rankings of the powers in the scenario. When a normal country gets to the top, while the top ranked countries are weaker than the countries of many provinces

For "what if ussr won cold war" scenario its useless to be any US state but New York or Deleware because after a few turns all but the rest get annexed automatically by New York.

If its possible you should try making bots creating less army, if civilization have much economy (like 1 000 000 and 40 province) it has like 400k army just holding border and if you attack it, it will recruit another 400k which at least for me is just not that fun to fight against

Download the mod, put it in the folder where are all your original game files, unpack mod and replace files. You can also delete game files from folder to have better results, open game from file folder to have the 0% agression features etc.

Rusça klasörlerde var

 

Fakat oyunda harfler gözükmüyor bunun sebebi moddaki harf stili yani Font Kiril alfabesini desteklemiyor bu yüzden böyle oluyor:

Bu sorun yazı stilini "fonts" klasöründen değiştirince çözülüyor oyunun kendi orjinal yazı stilini koyunca düzeldi.
