world war 1 1910 - With WW1 Scenario (V 1.1 - OTTOMAN UPDATE)

First Update for my 1910 & WW1 Scenario.

 

Changes:
Ottoman borders now based on image below.
Ottoman Events including the Italian occupation of Libya and the first Balkan war.
The UK now owns the Isle of Man - It's no longer neutral... I'll be honest, I don't know how I missed that.
The Ottomans can now join the Central Powers
Italy can now choose whether to join the Central Powers or the Entente

Ottoman Empire had land in Bulgaria,Greece and Serbia etc. because this is before the first balkan war.
