I used the a_p_k version, but the game loading was still stuck at 0% after I modified the files in the assets folder.

add just the map folder of your mod, not whole assets also you can add ui folder too if you want the ui

all bugs and issues are fixed,like rarely black screens rare chrashes etc
when you disband a army all army becomes population on that province is removed (like disbanding 300k army on istanbul and istanbul gets 300k population) its removed
issues on releasing vassal fixed
all issues about support rate is fixed 
turn passes are optimized (both pc and android)
now radiation map shows radiation all of time
renaming alliance is  fixed
starting money of countries can be up to 1 million
autoplan is now more stable (doesnt do plunders etc)
auto assimilation now does 120 turn assimilations
(thats a progress anouncement)

I can't seem to full send my army? It only sends 10% of my intended troops. I don't know if this is intentional and I don't know how to fix it on computer. Can someone help me figure this out?

You should add a new tab and call it “expansion management”

there will be things like “colonial”, “neutral”, “expansionist” etc

For example if you select colonial it gives you more resources and money but less stability and a buff of rebellions

neutral is just neutral

expansionist takes resources and money but gives more happiness stability more growth and less chance of rebellion

Oyunu kurup icine giriyorum yukleme ekrani yuzde 74 de takili kaliyor. Daha sonra kapatip aciyorum bu sefer aciliyor fakat harita yuklenemedi diyor, hata veriyor ve oyunun haritasini 1x olarak baslatiyor. 1xden baska herhangi bir haritayi yuklemeye calistigimda yine yuzde 74 de takilip geliyor. Normalde oyunu sorunsuz oynuyordum onceki uwut engine surumlerinde fakat final surumunde 1x denbaska harita yuklenmiyor. Yardimci olursan sevinirim.
