@Trans-Amur I clicked on dex2jar and converted dex file then extracted AI_FrontLine_War.class after that used an online java decompiler. Here is what i see, its clearer because its source file (i guess). Did you tested anything like this?

It might work if someone knows Java but has difficulty with bytecode.

In hoi 4 there is a mod that makes the peace conferences led by player so there is no border gore, can you make that as an option in this game? Because with that we can avoid ugly borders

Lower your Goods until it turns red, then wait a few turns. I don't recommend it though since there will be rebels popping up constantly and peace deal after a civil war often results in border gore.
